📦 When will my order arrive?
Once your payment is confirmed, orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. As we currently deliver only within Poland, most shipments arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. When your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its progress.

🚚 Where do you deliver?
At this time, Basketones ships exclusively within Poland. International shipping is not yet available, but we’re always exploring the possibility of expanding our delivery destinations in the future.

🔍 How can I track my order?
As soon as your parcel leaves our facility, we’ll send you a confirmation email containing a tracking number and link. This allows you to check real-time delivery updates directly through the courier’s system.

💳 What payment methods are accepted?
We offer secure and trusted payment options commonly used in Poland, including:

All payments are processed through encrypted systems to keep your transaction details safe and protected.

⏳ What if my delivery is delayed?
While we do our best to deliver orders on time, occasional delays may happen due to weekends, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier-related issues. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@basketones.com with your order number, and we’ll be happy to assist.

🔁 Can I return my order?
Yes. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Please contact us first so we can guide you through the return process.

❗ What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Email info@basketones.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a suitable solution, such as a replacement, refund, or store credit.
